The hotel on site
The hotel is part of River Cree Resort & Casino, on Enoch Cree Nation just west of Edmonton. The venue lists 249 guest rooms, including 11 luxury suites.
Marriott originally ran the hotel. Older listings may still use the name Edmonton Marriott at River Cree Resort. News reports say Enoch Cree Nation bought out Marriott Hotels in 2018. The official site does not name a hotel brand today.
Hotel rooms are non-smoking. The hotel has a pool and a fitness facility, and there are twin NHL-size rinks on the property.

- Accessibility needs. No official accessibility statement was found, so ask the hotel directly when you call.
Parking for hotel guests
Parking is free. The venue's hotel overview (July 2025) lists complimentary self parking, plus valet parking through the casino entrance.

Why a room can make the evening simpler
The drive back is the part of the night most people forget to plan. A room removes it. That is useful after a late concert or a long dinner.
The casino floor is open 24 hours, and table games run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. A room nearby can make a late night feel open-ended. Set your time and money limits before you check in, not at the table.

The new tower
A new hotel tower is being built as part of an expansion of about $200 million. As of June 2026, the tower had been topped off at 20 floors and work had moved to the interior.
Enoch Cree Nation says the tower is on track to open in July 2027. Reports give different room counts for it, so this guide does not state one. Until it opens, bookings are for the existing hotel.
Arriving from the airport or without a car
The venue says the resort is about 25 minutes from Edmonton International Airport. The official site does not mention an airport shuttle.
