Privacy and what the guide keeps
This guide asks for nothing on the way in. There are no accounts and no forms. A few settings stay in your own browser, and the web server keeps ordinary logs. That is the whole route.

No accounts, no forms, no mailbox
The guide is not a casino. It takes no bets and has no accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to.
No page has a form that sends data. There is also no mailbox, so the guide holds no messages from readers.
What stays in your browser
Two choices are remembered, and both stay on your device:
- The starting point picker. If you choose where your trip begins, that choice is stored in your browser so the route pages can use it.
- The theme. A light or dark choice is stored the same way.
Neither choice is sent to the guide. To remove them, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
No advertising trackers
The guide runs no advertising trackers. Inner pages carry no ads.
Fonts and images are served from this site. Loading a page does not call out to outside font or image services.
The paid link
The guide has one paid link. It goes first to a short redirect page on this site, then on to the partner. Once you reach the partner's site, you have left this guide. That site has its own privacy policy, and it applies there.
How the paid link works, and why it exists, is set out on Paid links.
Other outside links lead to official sources, such as the venue or provincial bodies. Their own privacy terms apply on their sites.
Server logs
Like any web server, the one that hosts this guide may record IP addresses when pages are requested. These logs are a normal part of running a website. The guide does not use them to build profiles or to target ads.
